Vendor to Bride Matching App

The Vendor → Bride Matching App is what does the work. The bride-to-be builds a real budget, picks the services she wants, and the vendors who match her category and her area hear about it. No directory to browse, no spot to rent.

See what she sees. Try the calculator yourself →
You only pay when you get somethingThe money

Your listing is free. Your first 3 leads are free. After that it's $15 to unlock a couple's contact info, and only on the leads you actually want. There's no monthly fee, and there never will be.

She's already built her budgetThe lead

Before you ever hear about her, she picked her city, her guest count, her style, and the exact services she wants. So when her request lands, you already know she wants your category, in your area, at a price she's set money aside for.

4 vendors per category, then it closesThe competition

Leads here aren't exclusive, and we won't pretend otherwise. When a couple asks for a photographer, up to 4 photographers get her. Then it's closed. You're competing against 3 people, not 40.

A bad lead doesn't cost youThe risk

If you can't reach her, the lead turns out fake, it's the wrong category or outside your area, or she had already booked that service before the lead was ever created, you tap one button, pick the reason, and you're credited on the spot. No form to email, no waiting a week. Losing her to another vendor is not on that list, and never will be. That's competition, and competing is the platform.

The vendors we're looking for

26 categories, each one its own business. A couple who wants a string quartet never pages a DJ, and the bar is not the caterer. If you do it at weddings, you belong on this list.

This platform exists for you. There's nobody standing between you and those newly engaged couples.

I've been in the wedding business about 50 years, as an entertainer, a beach wedding supply company owner, and as a pre-wedding planner and day-of coordinator for over 200 weddings.

I've been the vendor waiting on leads that never convert, and I've sat with the bride 3 months out working out what she can actually afford. That's why I created the Wedding Calculator Network and the exclusive Vendor → Bride Matching App. And yes, a phone app is in the works. This is where our journey together starts, where high-quality wedding vendors get matched with brides who actually need their services. If something about this platform doesn't work for your business, tell me and it gets fixed. We can always talk, vendor to vendor, to make this even better.

Vendor Questions

Everything worth knowing before you list your business.

What does it cost to join?

Nothing to list. Your first 3 leads are free. After that it's $15 to unlock a lead's contact information, and only on the leads you choose to unlock. There's no monthly fee, no setup fee, and no contract.

How is this different from The Knot or WeddingWire?

They charge you hundreds of dollars a month whether you book anybody or not. You're renting a spot in a directory. Here you pay $15 when a real couple asks for your service, and nothing when they don't. You only pay when you get value.

Are the leads exclusive to me?

No, and we won't tell you otherwise. The same couple may be offered to up to 4 vendors in each service category so she can compare her options. Once a category is full for that lead, it closes to further unlocks. You compete on responsiveness, fit, and price.

What makes a lead qualified?

Every couple builds a complete wedding budget before she's matched with anyone. She sets her city, her guest count, her style, and picks the exact services she wants. You get her request only if you match her category and serve her area, so you're never calling someone who wasn't asking for you.

What happens if a lead turns out to be bad?

You get credited. If you can't reach her, the lead is fake or spam, it's the wrong category or outside your service area, she had already booked that service before the lead was created, or it duplicates a lead you already have, you tap one button in your dashboard, pick the reason, and the credit is applied on the spot toward your next lead. If you used a free lead on her, the free lead comes back. A reasonable number of reports each month are credited automatically. To be clear about the one case that does not earn a credit: if she talked to you and then hired someone else, that is competition, not a defective lead. Up to 4 vendors get each lead and one of you wins it. The other 3 are not credited for losing.

Where is vendor matching available?

Vendor matching is live in South East Florida: Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties. We're rolling out market by market. If you're outside that area you can join the waitlist and we'll notify you the moment we open your market.

What service categories do you cover?

26 of them, each treated as its own business. Photographers, videographers, venues, caterers, food trucks, bar service, cakes, DJs, live bands, ceremony musicians, photo booths, florists, décor and rentals, lighting, tents, hair and makeup, attire, jewelry, officiants, transportation, invitations, favors, and more. A couple looking for a string quartet never pages a DJ.
